Kakuol, a natural product isolated and purified from the roots of Asarum sieboldii Miq. with antifungal activity, can completely inhibit the mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers ex Fr and Cladosporium cucumerinum Ellis & Arthur at 50 microg ml (-1) and 30 microg ml (-1), respectively, and is able to inhibit the DNA relaxation mediated by the human enzyme.

Kakuol 生物活性
