Animal study When administered orally at doses ranging from 5 to 20 mg/kg, six times over 24 hours, JNJ-40411813 notably enhances glutamate responses, particularly in brain regions such as the cortex, striatum, and hippocampus, upon coadministration with glutamate[2].
