Isotretinoin (13-cis-Retinoic acid), administered through inhalation exposure at concentrations ranging from 1.3 to 481 μg/L for 45 minutes daily over 2 weeks, proves to be an effective chemopreventive agent against lung cancer in A/J Mice^[2].Isotretinoin expedites alveolar repair following exodontia in rats^[3].
