描述 Diphenylpyraline hydrochloride is a potent antagonist of the histamine H1 receptor. It functions as an orally active antihistamine with antimuscarinic and antiallergic properties. It is utilized for alleviating allergic symptoms, including rhinitis and hay fever, as well as pruritic skin conditions in vivo[1].
