Diflapolin 生物活性

描述

Diflapolin acts as a potent dual inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase-activating protein (FLAP) and soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), showcasing significant anti-inflammatory effectiveness and high specificity for its targets. It prevents the formation of 5-LOX products in human monocytes and neutrophils with IC50 values of 30 nM and 170 nM, respectively, and also inhibits the activity of isolated sEH with an IC50 of 20 nM^[1].

Diflapolin (1-10 mg/kg; i.p.; 30 min before zymosan injection) demonstrates strong anti-inflammatory effects in in-vivo studies^[1].
