Debio 0932 生物活性

描述 Debio 0932 (CUDC-305) is an orally active inhibitor of HSP90, exhibiting IC50 values of 100 nM for HSP90α and 103 nM for HSP90β [1].

Debio 0932 动物研究

Animal study Debio 0932 (CUDC-305, 30 mg/kg, pO.) demonstrates promising pharmacokinetic characteristics in nude mice bearing tumors . Debio 0932 (160 mg/kg, pO.) induces degradation of HSP90 client proteins, suppresses tumor growth, and extends survival in different animal models of U87MG glioblastoma.Debio 0932 (40, 80, or 160 mg/kg, pO.) given every other day, exhibits dose-dependent inhibition of tumor growth in the U87MG s.c. tumor model[1].Debio 0932 (80 mg/kg, pO.) significantly ameliorates psoriasis by day 11 and reduces epidermal thickness in a psoriasis xenograft transplantation model [2].Debio 0932 (CUDC-305) demonstrates blood-brain barrier penetration. In the H1975 subcutaneous tumor model, Debio 0932 (80, 120, and 160 mg/kg, pO.) exhibits dose-dependent inhibition of tumor growth. Additionally, at a dose of 160 mg/kg administered orally, Debio 0932 also exhibits antitumor effects in the erlotinib-resistant H1975 subcutaneous tumor model [3].
