描述 DCVJ (9-(2,2-Dicyanovinyl)julolidine), a molecular rotor and distinctive fluorescent dye, dramatically increases its fluorescence upon binding and polymerizing with tubulin and actin or associating with phospholipid bilayers. It is also used to monitor the degranulation kinetics of mast cells[1].
