Blebbistatin 生物活性

描述 Blebbistatin, a selective non-muscle myosin II (NMII) inhibitor, enhances directional migration of corneal endothelial cells (CECs), accelerates wound healing, and preserves cell junctional integrity and barrier function. It impedes cell migration [1][2].

Animal study Blebbistatin (0.05 mL, 20 μM; intracameral injection; daily; for 6 days; New Zealand white rabbits) facilitates wound healing in a rabbit corneal endothelial scraping model [1].
