Amantadine-d15/金刚烷胺-d15 生物活性

描述 Amantadine-d15 is a deuterium-labeled version of Amantadine, which enhances its utility in scientific research by allowing for better tracking of its pharmacokinetics and metabolism. Amantadine itself is an antiviral agent effective against influenza A viruses, functioning by blocking the M2 proton channel, thus inhibiting the release of viral RNA into the cytoplasm of infected cells. Additionally, Amantadine serves as an antiparkinsonian agent[1].[2].
