1-Adamantanamine HCl/1-金刚烷胺盐酸盐生物活性

描述

1-Adamantanamine Hydrochloride (amantadine hydrochloride), as a pro-dopaminergic drug and as an N-methyl-D-aspartate antagonist, makes amantadine an interesting candidate to improve consciousness and responsiveness in individuals with DOC (disorders of consciousness), including vegetative state and minimally conscious state^[3]. 1-Adamantanamine hydrochloride (aminoadamantane) has been shown to inhibit the multiplication of influenza A viruses in cell cultures, organ cultures and experimentally infected mice. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled investigation of aminoadamantane given prophylactically, in doses of 100 mg every 12 hours for 10 days, no protective effect of the drug was demonstrated^[4]. I-Adamantanamine hydrochloride, added to chick embryo cells, inhibited focus production upon subsequent inoculation of the cells with Rous and Esh sarcoma viruses. 1-adamantanamine hydrochloride are capable of supporting viral replication, the drug inhibits growth of two oncogenic viruses by prevention of virus penetration, but not by a virucidal effect or cell intoxication^[5].
