描述 σ1 Receptor antagonist-1 is a potent, selective σ1 receptor antagonist with a pKi value of 10.28. σ1 Receptor antagonist-1 inhibits cell growth, arrests the cell cycle in the G0/G1 phase, and induces apoptosis in MCF-7/ADR cells[1].At a concentration of 10 μM for 48 hours of action, σ1 Receptor antagonist-1 inhibits the growth of MCF-7/ADR cells, arrests the cell cycle in the G0/G1 phase (27.8%) and induces apoptosis[1].
