| 描述 | Gadolinium chloride is a specific CaSR agonist.Gadolinium chloride is used in cardiovascular disease research to promote apoptosis in cardiomyocytes, increase ERK1/2 phosphorylation and activate caspase-3. Gadolinium chloride at a concentration of 30 μM for 15 minutes resulted in an increase in Bax expression and caspase-3 activation and a decrease in Bcl-2 expression in H9c2 cells induced by CsA[1]. | ||
