| 描述 | (2R)-Octyl-α-hydroxyglutarate is a modified form of 2-Hydroxyglutarate with high cellular uptake. Treatment of IDH1-WT HeLa cells with (2R)-Octyl-α-hydroxyglutarate leads to an increase in DSBs in log phase cells in a dose-dependent manner. It has been used to study the contribution of D-2-hydroxyglutarate to mitochondrial oxidative processes in IDH1 mutant cancer cells[1]. | ||
