| 描述 | TRC051384 is an effective inducer of HSP70. It exhibits neuroprotective effects against neuronal injury by inhibiting necroptotic cell death. TRC051384 is applicable for research in ischemic stroke[1][2]. TRC051384 induces HSP70B mRNA by several hundred-fold in a dose-dependent manner in HeLa cells and primary mixed neuronal cultures from rats. Treatment with TRC051384 significantly increases HSF1 transcriptional activity in a dose-dependent manner and restores luciferase activity. In differentiated THP-1 cell lines, TRC051384 inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α expression by 60% at 6.25 μM and by 90% at 12.5 μM[1]. | ||
