| 描述 | Calmidazolium chloride is a calmodulin antagonist that antagonises CaM-dependent phosphodiesterase and calmodulin-induced activation of erythrocyte Ca2+ transporter ATPase, with IC50 values of 0.15 and 0.35 μM, respectively[1] .Calmidazolium chloride has also been used in anticancer studies[2] .Calmidazolium chloride binds calmodulin with a Kd of 3 nM[3] .Calmidazolium chloride also induces apoptosis in some cancer cell lines. Calmidazolium chloride inhibited the growth of mouse F9 ECC at concentrations of 3, 5, 7, and 10 μM for 30 min-24 h[2]. | ||
