| 描述 | NS19504 is a Ca2+-activated K+ channel (BK channel, KCa1.1 channel) activator with an EC50 value of 11.0 µM and has a relaxing effect on spontaneous phasic contractions of bladder smooth muscle. NS19504 increases BK currents in freshly isolated guinea pig bladder smooth muscle cells and whole cells. At concentrations of 0.32 µM, 1.0 µM, 3.2 µM and 10 µM, NS19504 increased whole-cell current responses to 127%, 194%, 258% and 561% of control, respectively[1]. | ||
