| 描述 | Ro 10-5824 2HCl is a partial agonist of the Dopamine D4 receptor, exhibiting high-affinity binding with a Ki value of 5.2±0.9 nM. It is 250 times more selective for the human D3R receptor and >1000 times more selective for the D4 receptor compared to human D2, D1, and D5 receptors. Ro 10-5824 2HCl stimulates 35S-GTPγS binding with an EC50 value of 205±67 nM, with a maximum induction above baseline of 36±4%[1]. | ||
