| 描述 | VU0422288, also known as ML396, is a positive allosteric modulator of class III mGluRs. In a calcium mobilisation assay, the EC50 values of VU0422288 on mGluR4, mGluR7 and mGluR8 were 125 nM, 146 nM and 108 nM, respectively. VU0422288 reversed deficits in contextual fear memory, social recognition, and apnoea in a Rett syndrome (RTT) model of mice[1][2].Acting at a concentration of 1 μM for 5 min, VU0422288 enhanced the LSP4-2022 (30 μM)-induced reduction in the slope of field excitatory postsynaptic potentials (fEPSPs) in hippocampal coronal slices[1]. | ||
