| 描述 | Aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride is a MAS inhibitor that also inhibits the GABA degrading enzyme GABA-T. Aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride reduced C6 glioma cell survival in a dose-dependent manner and also resulted in a significant increase in the percentage of cells arrested in the G0/G1 phase and a significant decrease in the percentage of cells in the S and G2/M phases. Treatment with Aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride resulted in a significant decrease in the number of cells in cytokinesis and a significant increase in the percentage of early apoptotic and necrotic cells. Treatment of cells with 1 mM or 5 mM Aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride resulted in decreased levels of cellular senescence[1].Aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride more strongly inhibits the growth of cell lines with high glutamine dependence compared to cells with low glutamine dependence[3]. | ||
