| 描述 | Delta-Tocopherol is an isomer of vitamin E[1].Delta-Tocopherol inhibits the growth and induces apoptosis of human prostate cancer LNCaP cells at a concentration of less than 100 μM for 96 h. At 24 h, Delta-Tocopherol inhibits the growth of human prostate cancer LNCaP cells and induces apoptosis of human prostate cancer LNCaP cells. Delta-Tocopherol inhibited DHT (10 nM)-induced androgen receptor activation and its downstream target PSA in CWR-22Rv1/AR cells at 24 hours[2].Delta-Tocopherol reduces estrogen-induced levels of cell cycle proteins D1 and c-Myc in MCF-7 cells and MDA-MB-231 cells at a concentration of 10 μM, acting for 1-4 days[3]. | ||
