| 描述 | Cilostamide is a selective and potent inhibitor of PDE3, with IC50 values of 27 nM for PDE3A and 50 nM for PDE3B, exhibiting anti-thrombotic and anti-neointimal proliferation activities. It weakly inhibits PDE2, PDE4, PDE5, PDE7, and PDE1, with IC50 values of 12.5 μM, 88.8 μM, 15.2 μM, 22.0 μM, and > 300 μM, respectively. Cilostamide effectively inhibits thrombin-induced platelet aggregation with an IC50 of 1.1 μM[1]. | ||
