| 描述 | IM-54 is a selective inhibitor of oxidative stress-induced necrosis. IM-54 exhibits potent inhibitory activity against H2O2-induced necrosis. IM-54 is a potential cardioprotective agent and a biological tool for the study of the molecular mechanisms of cell death[1][2].IM-54 selectively inhibits oxidative stress-induced cell necrosis, but not apoptosis or necrosis induced by various anticancer drugs or Fas ligands. IM-54 has a potent inhibitory effect on H2O2-induced necroptosis, with an IC50 of 0.25 μM in HL-60 cells[1]. | ||
