| 描述 | AVX-012 is a potent, selective TRPM8 agonist, a derivative of menthol, which acts as a hypothermic agent. Acoltremon has analgesic properties and can be used in chronic neuropathic pain studies[1][2].Acoltremon (10 μM) showed TRPM8 agonism in heterologous expression of TRP ion channel tests. Acoltremon (1 or 10 μM; 0-250 sec) showed highly potent and specific TRPM8 channel agonism in DRG neurons[1]. | ||
