描述 | CD437, a selective agonist for RARγ, shows its growth-inhibitory effects on lung cancer cell lines within 2 days when treated with 10 μM. Dose-response studies reveal that CD437 decreases the viability of H460, SK-MES-1, A549, and H292 cells, with IC50 values around 0.5, 0.4, 3, and 0.85 μM, respectively[1]. A 72-hour treatment with CD437 leads to a pronounced dose-dependent suppression of growth in all tested melanoma cell lines. With a 5 μM concentration of CD437, viability is reduced to approximately 5 to 25% after three days. The IC50 values for CD437, indicating 50% growth inhibition, vary from 10 μM in MeWo cells to 0.1 μM in SK-Mel-23 cells, the latter being the most sensitive[2]. |
