描述 Stachydrine hydrochloride, a well-known bioactive ingredients extracted from Herba Leonuri. Stachydrine can inhibit the NF-κB signal pathway with anti-hypertrophic activities. In vitro, IC50 of Stachydrine hydrochloride for MCF-7 and T47D is about 500 µM. High concentrations (500 µM and 1000 µM) of Stachydrine significantly increased the frequency of both studied cell lines at the G1 phase of cell cycle[3]. In vivo, Stachydrine hydrochloride can significantly reduce the death rate of mice, improve the pathological changes in the hippocampus, inhibit inflammatory reactions after ischemia[4].
