| 描述 | LM22A-4, a targeted activator of the tyrosine kinase receptor B, notably enhances the expression of OPN and ALPase mRNA in a concentration-dependent fashion, with a marked elevation in OC mRNA levels observed at 5 μM of LM22A-4. The expression of OPN, ALPase, and OC mRNA by LM22A-4 also shows a significant increase over time. In HCEM cells grown in mineralizing conditions, LM22A-4 has been found to stimulate the expression of OPN and OC mRNA[1]. | ||
