It demonstrates minimal inhibitory effects on LYPLA2. When applied to cultured cells at a concentration of 5 μM for a duration of 3 hours, ML348 effectively and selectively targets LYPLA1. This has been observed in cell lines such as HEK293T cells and murine T-cells, where the compound shows significant inhibition of LYPLA1 activity[1].
作用机制	ML348 inhibits LYPLA1 by occupying a putative acyl-binding region, establishing the mechanism for isoform-specific inhibition and hydrolysis of acyl substrates.
