| 描述 | SMANT hydrochloride is a Smoothened (Smo) signalling inhibitor. SMANT hydrochloride inhibited Hh-induced Smo accumulation at the primary cilium in NIH/3T3 cells at a concentration of less than 10 μM (IC50=1.1 μM). SMANT hydrochloride equivalently inhibited the activities of Smo and SmoM2, and blocked the SAG in glial. SMANT hydrochloride inhibited Shh-induced proliferation of cerebellar granule cell neural progenitors (CGNP) (isolated from Ptch1+/- neonates)[1]. | ||
