描述 Oteseconazole (VT-1161) stands out as an effective and orally administered agent against fungi. It strongly attaches to and inhibits the activity of Candida albicans' cytochrome P45051 (CYP51) with a Kd of 39 nM or less, while not affecting human CYP51. This compound is also applicable in studying dermatophytes[1].[2].
