描述	Citric acid triammonium (Triammonium citrate), derived from the reaction of Citric acid with ammonia in a 1:3 molar ratio, is used as a carbon source in the production of carbon quantum dots (CDs). The higher nitrogen content in citric acid triamonth might enhance the presence of nitrogen-based functional groups in CDs, thus improving emission-color tunability[1].[2].
