| 描述 | STATs (Signal transducers and activators of transcription) are a family of transcription factors essential for the pathogenesis of many cancers. STAT5, the STAT family member, overactive in several kinds of leukemias, and also in breast cancer, uterine cancer, prostate cancer, and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN), has been recognized as therapeutic target for many human tumors. STAT5 inhibitor (STAT5-IN-1/MDK-6314) is an STAT5 inhibitor with IC50 of 47 µM[1]. | ||
