描述 N-tert-Butyl-α-phenylnitrone is a nitrone-derived free radical scavenger capable of forming nitroxide spin adducts. It also impedes COX2 catalytic activity. Moreover, it exhibits potent scavenging of reactive oxygen species (ROS), along with anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, anti-aging, and anti-diabetic properties, and possesses the ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier[1][2][3][4].
