Polydatin, a resveratrol glucoside is an active component isolated from the roots of Polygonum. Administration of polydatin for 3w and 6w significant attenuated liver histology damage and inflammatory cell infiltration[3]. in vitro, polydatin(0, 50, 100, 150 μM) effectively inhibited cell proliferation of Caco-2 and HCT 116 cells and promoted cell apoptosis in CRC cell lines. Moreover, the expression of PD-L1 was dramatically reduced after treatment of Polydatin (100 μM), whereas this inhibitory effect was attenuated by downregulation of miR-382[4].
