| 描述 | Berberine hydrochloride is a major alkaloid from Coptis chinensis and used clinically for the treatment of diarrhea, hypertension, diabetes and other diseases. Berberine hydrochloride suppressed the growth of cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner(60-200 µM ). Moreover, treatment with 60 and 90 µM berberine hydrochloride significantly increased the activity of the Bcl-2/Bax signaling pathway in A549 cells[3]. Berberine hydrochloride (5, 10, and 20 mg/kg) significantly attenuated neutrophil infiltration and dose-dependently decreased the secretion and mRNA expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 within a certain range[4]. | ||
