描述 TB5 displays greater selectivity for hMAO-B, evidenced by Ki and SI values of 0.11±0.01μM and 13.18μM, respectively. The inhibitory effect of TB5 on hMAO-B is fully reversible following a 24-hour dialysis period. Cytotoxicity assays have determined that TB5 is non-toxic at both 5 and 25 μM concentrations, with cell viability percentages of 95.75% and 84.59%, respectively[1].
