描述 Enpp/Carbonic anhydrase-IN-1 is a potent Enpp and carbonic anhydrase inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.36, 1.35, 3.00, 0.88, 1.02 μM for NPP1, NPP2, NPP3, CA-II, CA-IX, respectively. This compound demonstrates significant antiproliferative efficacy against cancer cells while maintaining minimal cytotoxicity towards normal cells. Additionally, Enpp/Carbonic anhydrase-IN-1 elicits apoptosis[1].
