| 描述 | AMP-PCP disodium is an ATP analogue that binds to the N-terminal structural domain of Hsp90 with a Kd value of 3.8 μM. Binding to AMP-PCP disodium facilitates the formation of an active homodimer of Hsp90 [1].Binding to AMP-PCP disodium favours the formation of Hsp90 active homodimers because AMP-PCP disodium enhances the slow-motion conformational changes of lid segment (A117-A141) and surrounding region residues (A111-G135). A total of 170 non-proline residues were identified by the triple-labelled Hsp90 bound to AMP-PCP disodium[1]. | ||
