| 描述 | Sulfosuccinimidyl oleate sodium is a long-chain fatty acid that inhibits the transport of fatty acids into cells. Sulfosuccinimidyl oleate sodium is a potent and irreversible inhibitor of the respiratory chain of the mitochondria. Sulfosuccinimidyl oleate sodium interacts with the CD36 receptor on the surface of microglia[1][2].Sulfosuccinimidyl oleate sodium did not alter cell viability at concentrations of 20 μM and 50 μM for 24 h. The combination of 100 ng/ml LPS+5 ng/mL IFNγ moderately, but significantly, reduced the viability of BV2 cells, which was prevented by concomitant use of Sulfosuccinimidyl oleate sodium. The addition of Sulfosuccinimidyl oleate sodium to the combination at a concentration of 50 μM for 24 hours of treatment significantly reduced LPS+IFNγ-induced expression of NOS2 and COX-2 in BV2 cells and also prevented LPS/IFNγ-induced up-regulation of p38 phosphorylation.[1]. | ||
