生物活性
描述 LY354740 is a group II (mGlu2/3) metabotropic glutamate receptor agonist. It potently activates mGlu2 and mGlu3 with EC50 values of 5 and 24 nM, respectively[3]. LY354740 at a dose of 15 or 30mg/kg reduced spontaneous locomotor activity in wild‐type and Gria1-/- mice[4]. The i.p. administration of LY354740 decreased the number of mice exhibiting limbic seizures in this model with an EC50 value of 17mg/kg[5].
