The IC50 values of PXS-4681A in human, rat, mouse, rabbit and dog are 3 nM, 3 nM, 2 nM, 9 nM and 3 nM, respectively. PXS-4681A is highly selective for related amine oxidases, ion channels and seven transmembrane structural domain receptors, and has anti-inflammatory effects[1]. | ||
