| 描述 | HeE1-2Tyr, belonging to the pyridobenzothiazole class, serves as an inhibitor for the RNA dependent RNA polymerases (RdRp) of flaviviruses. It effectively curtails the enzymatic activity of RdRps associated with West Nile virus, Dengue virus, and SARS-CoV-2, exhibiting an in vitro IC50 value of 27.6 µM[1][2]. HeE1-2Tyr exhibits antiviral properties, effectively inhibiting a Ugandan strain of West Nile virus with an IC50 of 2.1 µM and all four serotypes of Dengue virus (DENV), with IC50 values between 6.8 and 15 µM. Its cytotoxicity against Vero E6 cells is approximately 115 µM. Furthermore, HeE1-2Tyr, when used to treat human HEK 293 cells with a CC50 of 50 µM, hinders clinical strains of yellow fever virus, with IC50 values spanning from 3.9 to 12 µM[1]. HeE1-2Tyr is capable of fully halting the replication process of both SARS-CoV-2 and Feline coronavirus (FIPV), showcasing its broad-spectrum antiviral activity[2]. | ||
