| 描述 | FLTX1 is a fluorescent Tamoxifen derivative that specifically labels intracellular Tamoxifen sites (estrogen receptors) under permeabilising and non-permeabilising conditions. FLTX1 possesses the potent anti-estrogenic properties of Tamoxifen in breast cancer cells. FLTX1 has no estrogenic agonistic effect on the uterus [1][2].FLTX1 reduces the proliferation of MCF7 cells in a dose-dependent manner at a concentration range of 0.01-10 μM for 6 days. Pretreating cells with FLTX1 for 24 h, FLTX1 counteracted the E2-induced increase in cell growth to control levels[1][2].At a concentration of 50 μM for 2 hours of action, FLTX1 showed a dose-dependent competition with Tamoxifen in MCF7 cells[1]. | ||
