Phox-I2 is a NOX2 inhibitor that inhibits the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS)[1].Phox-I2 effectively inhibits NOX2-mediated superoxide production in dHL-60 cells and primary human neutrophils in a dose-dependent manner without detectable toxicity[1]. | ||
