| 描述 | Stafib-2 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the transcription factor STAT5b, with IC50 values of 82 nM for STAT5b and 1.7 μM for STAT5a. Stafib-2 has a very high affinity for STAT5b (Ki=8.8 nM). Stafib-2 has poor cell permeability, and at concentrations of 3-10 μM for 4-48 h, Stafib-2 was found to have a very low cellular permeability. Stafib-2 has poor cell permeability and does not show significant activity in K562 and MDA-MB-231 cells at concentrations of 3-10 μM for 4-48 h[1]. | ||
