| 描述 | IMB-301 is a specific HIV-1 replication inhibitor that binds to hA3G (human APOBEC3G), interrupts the hA3G-Vif interaction, and inhibits Vif-mediated degradation of hA3G. IMB-301 inhibits HIV-1 replication in H9 cells (IC50=8.63 uM)[1].IMB-301 is able to increase the viral envelope of hA3G by affecting the degradation of hA3G by Vif, resulting in hA3G-dependent anti-HIV activity. IMB-301 binds to hA3G, restores hA3G expression in the presence of Vif, and inhibits HIV-1 replication in an hA3G-dependent manner[1]. | ||
