描述 (E/Z)-IT-603 is a mixture of E-IT-603 and Z-IT-603. (E/Z)-IT-603 is a c-Rel inhibitor with an IC50 value of 3 μM. (E/Z)-IT-603 has antitumour activity. In graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and malignant diseases, (E/Z)-IT-603 has shown that it can be used as a promising modulator of T-cell responses[1].
