| 描述 | PACMA 31, an irreversible and orally administered inhibitor of protein disulfide isomerase (PDI), has an IC50 of 10 μM. It covalently binds to the active site cysteines of PDI. PACMA 31 is capable of targeting tumors and significantly reduces the growth of ovarian tumors without harming normal tissues. In a dose-dependent manner, PACMA 31 at concentrations ranging from 0 to 10 μM over 24 hours markedly inhibits colony formation in OVCAR-8 cells[1]. | ||
