描述 Golotimod TFA (SCV 07 TFA), an immunomodulatory peptide with antimicrobial properties, enhances the effectiveness of antituberculosis treatments, promotes proliferation in thymic and splenic cells, and boosts macrophage function. It also inhibits STAT3 signaling, reducing the duration and severity of oral mucositis in animal models exposed to radiation alone or combined with Cisplatin. Furthermore, Golotimod TFA (SCV 07 TFA) shows promise as a treatment for recurrent genital herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2)[1][2][3].
