| 描述 | PS372424 HCl, a three amino acid fragment from CXCL10, is a specific hCXCR3 agonist with anti-inflammatory activity. In a humanised arthritis model, PS372424 HCl prevents human T cell migration[1][2].After 5 minutes of stimulation, PS372424 HCl (100 nM/ml) increases p-Erk1 and p-Erk2 in U87-CXCR3-A cells[1].Acting in the 10-200 nM concentration range for 30 minutes, PS372424 HCl causes concentration-dependent phosphorylation of CCR5 on CXCR3+ T cells, but not on CXCR3- T cells[2].PS372424 HCl competes for the binding of radiolabelled CXCL10 to HEK293/CXCR3 Gqi5 cell membranes with an IC50 of 42±21 nM[3]. | ||
