| 描述 | ZAP-70 (zeta-associated protein of 70 kDa) plays an essential role in T-cell signaling. Its misregulation can lead to immune-related diseases. ZAP-180013 is an inhibitor of ZAP-70 with an IC50 of 1.8 μM. ZAP-180013 inhibits the interaction of the ZAP-70 SH2 domain with immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) with IC50s of 9.6 μM and 16.841 μM in FP and TR-FRET assays, respectively[1]. | ||
